What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, email address, project and use case. It also sends the optional details and selections you provide, such as your role, public token address, evidence needs, expected volume and beta-access preference, together with a request identifier and submission time. We use these to respond, assess your request and arrange access. We also process messages you email to us. Do not send passwords, API keys, seed phrases or private wallet material.

We process access enquiries to take steps at your request before providing a service, and general correspondence on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Providing the required fields is necessary for the form to work; you can contact us by email instead.

How requests reach us

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions pass through our server endpoint to the configured intake service. If delivery is unavailable, the page offers an email fallback that you choose to send. Hosting, intake and email service providers process information needed to deliver and handle your request. Contact us for details of the providers handling your enquiry and any applicable international-transfer safeguards. Form contents are not published on the website.

Retention

We retain enquiries while needed to respond and manage the requested access or ongoing correspondence. When that purpose ends, we delete information that is no longer needed, except where a legal obligation or the handling of a dispute requires retention. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or explain the retention that applies to it.

Analytics and cookies

Pages that load Vercel Web Analytics use cookieless traffic measurements and named interaction events to help us understand site use. These may describe the page, referral source, browser, device and approximate region. Our custom event code does not send the form's name, email or message fields. The comparison runs locally in your browser and does not upload the bytes you enter.

Raven does not set cookies for website analytics or advertising. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free; see Vercel's analytics privacy documentation. Hosting services may separately process request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Links to external sites are covered by those sites' own privacy notices.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Email raven@ravenattest.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority, including Italy's Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
